Clear your browser's cache and cookies

Many browser related problems can be fixed by clearing your cache and/or cookies, but it's important to know how each impacts your browser before you delete them.

 Getting started

 Your web browser's ""Cache"" is a place where information is stored which helps webpages load faster. ""Cookies"" are small pieces of information stored on your computer which save website customization.

Clear your cookies to fix - Sign-in problems (not being able to sign-in, not being able to stay signed-in) and error messages about setting user cookies. Keep in mind - Clearing your cookies will delete all website information stored in your browser (passwords, sign-in information, site-specific preferences, etc).

Clear your cache to fix - Pages that hang, freeze, don't finish loading, or contain old content, and online applications (like games) that don't respond.


Internet Explorer

Version 7

 1.Select Tools | Internet Options.

 2.Click the General tab.

 3.Under ""Browsing history,"" click Delete.

 4.Click Delete files, then click Yes.

 5.Click Delete cookies, then click Yes.

 6.Click Close.

 7.Click OK.

 8.Close and restart your browser.


Version 8

 1.Select Tools | Internet Options.

 2.Under ""Browsing history,"" click Delete.

 3.Select the following checkboxes:


  •  Temporary Internet files and website files
  •  Cookies and website data


4.Click Delete.

 5.Click OK.

 6.Close and restart your browser.


Firefox

1.Version 3 for PC: Select Tools | Clear Recent History.

 Version 3 for Mac: Select Firefox | Clear Recent History.

 Version 18 and above for all OS: Select Firefox | History | Clear Recent History.

 2.Next to ""Details,"" click the down arrow .

 3.Select the following checkboxes:


  •  Cookies
  •  Cache
  •  Active Logins


4.Using the ""Time range to clear"" drop-down menu, select Everything.

 5.Click Clear Now.

 6.Close and restart your browser.


Chrome

1.Select the Tools icon | Settings.

 2.Click Settings.

 3.Click Show advance settings.

 4.Under ""Privacy,"" click Clear browsing data.

 5.Select the following checkboxes:


  •  Empty the cache
  •  Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data


6.Click Clear browsing data.

 7.Close and restart your browser.





To order online:

Look for the Add to Cart button located on the upper right hand side of the product page.

Next click on the Add to Cart button this will take you to the shopping cart.

Here you can click the Checkout button to purchase the product or you can click the Continue Shopping button which will take you back to the website.

While at the website you may click on the Checkout button located on the upper right hand side of any page in the website to finish your order or to check on the items in your cart.
