Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to alter or change the order due to credit card authorization and procedures.
We are able to issue refunds but unable to request more money than what originally approved/submitted for.
We can cancel your order and issue a refund. Once the cancellation is complete you can process a new order with the changes requested.
