Unrefined Shea butter is solid and comes from the natural fat obtained from the karite tree grown in West and Central Africa. Shea butter is expeller pressed without use of solvents. Shea butter, natural unrefined is expressed from the pits of the fruit of the African butter tree. This butter is smooth and its color may vary from batch to batch.
