Sometimes the pumps can be tricky.
Were you able to get them to "pop" up and open?
Sometimes it helps to tighten the pump more on the bottle then while holding the neck of the pump, push down and turn the pump head to the left.
There is a little arrow on the top of the pump to show the direction to open.
If this does not work please let us know and we will send you some a new pump.
